Corporation’s Name Change

To change the name of a corporation an article of amendments is to filed with the Provincial Government registries or with the Federal. A name approval or NUANS is required for the new name. Once the filing is completed, the registries will issue a certificate of amendment and proof of filing. All documents will be delivered by Email.

A name change of a Corporation can be requested by any one of the active directors of the corporation.
