Your business information with the Registries must be current. Any change of addresses or directors or officers must be filed with the Registries within 15 days of change to maintain your business in compliance with the Government regulations.
Corporation’s Name Change
  • To change the name of a corporation an article of amendments is to filed with the Provincial Government registries or with the Federal.
